Tool set of oil and gas well and field symbols for marking up well maps, field maps, and geologic maps, following the FGDC Digital Cartographic Standard for Geologic Map Symbolization (FGDC-STD-013-2006). This tool set covers 2 categories with 109 tools, available in a standard colors version (the standard's green and red fields, black wells) and a redline version. The 97 well and show symbols are groups of native Bluebeam markups with editable well names, depths, angles, and map-unit labels. The 6 field symbols come as 12 tools: a Polygon markup and an Area measurement markup that reports the field's area, each with the standard's dashed outline and tint. Every tool is named after its FGDC reference number, so placed markups list and count by name in the Markups List.
Examples of tools included:
-
Oil and gas fields
- Oil fields, gas fields, and oil and gas fields, extent defined or not yet defined
- Each field as a Polygon tool and an Area tool
-
Wells, shows, and seeps
- Oil wells, gas wells, oil and gas wells, condensate wells, and gas and condensate wells: nonspecific depth, shallow, deep, suspended, and plugged and abandoned
- Dry holes and junked holes, shallow, deep, and of nonspecific depth, and a dry hole showing the map units and altitudes at the surface and the bottom of the hole
- Disposal and salt-water disposal wells, gas storage wells, and observation wells for gas-storage fields
- Cores, drilling wells, drill holes with name, number, and total depth, inclined drill holes, and multiple wells drilled from a single platform
- Oil, gas, oil and gas, condensate, and gas and condensate shows, and oil, gas, and oil and gas seeps
- The field pattern is also included as a hatch pattern set for any other markup
Delivered as a Bluebeam Revu profile that loads both tool sets and the hatch pattern set in one import, plus the individual tool set files, in standard colors and redline.
How to use
