Refund policy

30-day refund policy

We want every tool set to work for you. If one doesn't, email mail@markuptoolsets.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We review every request and approve reasonable ones, for example when:

• the tool set does not work with the version of Bluebeam Revu® stated on the product page;
• the product differs from its description in features or content;
• you are not satisfied with the tool set and we have not been able to solve the problem with you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Tool sets are digital downloads, so there is nothing to send back: when a refund is approved, the license is cancelled, and you agree to delete the downloaded files and remove the tool sets from your Bluebeam Revu profiles.

To keep this policy fair for everyone, we cannot refund:

• requests made more than 30 days after purchase;
• custom or requested tool sets that we built to order;
• repeat purchases of a product that was already refunded, or a pattern of buying and refunding;
• tool sets that were shared or installed beyond the license that was purchased.
