Each symbol is a vector snapshot in its standard colors that places as a single markup — it can be moved, resized, and rotated directly in Bluebeam — and is named for what it stands for, so the tools list by name in the Tool Chest and placed symbols list by name in the Markups List, ready to count and filter.
